We have 13 1,000 pound HB feeders and 13 HB blinds presently set up that hunters will maintain as part of their lease. Roads to all blinds. We have owned the property since 2009. Campers, electric and shower on premises. 3 ponds on property. Lease would be annual, with full hunting rights per hunting license.
