Strawn Sand Unit. This unit has been tied up in
litigation for the last 7 years. The unit has several well
bores and some equipment in place and was last produced in
2003. Most wells were salvaged and only a few wells were
produced making 10-12 BOPD. Unit has great potential to just
put wells on and increase production. Wells will flow oil
now. There are currently no RRC, title problems, or surface
owner problems.
Strawn Lime Unit: This unit has also been
tied up in litigation for the last 7 years.
The unit is overlaying the above Strawn Sand Unit. Low
fluid. Needs water from the sand unit above. Was last
produced in 2003 with three wells producing making 8-10 BOPD
with no water injected into the zone. There are
currently no RRC, title problems, or surface owner problems. |
