The ranch is a beautiful recreational property that offers a variety of activities and opportunities. Views from the house and area are awesome, including the large pond below which is surrounded by improved grasses and hardwood trees and the beautiful countryside views of the neighboring properties. The cozy house, built up on a high point away from the county road, is accessed by a winding ranch road. Although this location is private, it does not interfere with the native pasture, allowing most of the thick native areas to be kept wild and remote. Hunting is excellent, with terrain ranging from scattered food plots, dense thickets, open fields, to tall trees which allow perfect bow hunting setups. Wildlife is abundant throughout the tract and it is very common to see a good number of deer and turkey roaming the terrain in the early morning and late evening.  The ranch is approximately 50/50 improved grasses and native timber pasture.  The current owner hays about 30 acres of the improved grass and grazes the remaining acreage.
